• Project Name : "Completion of Construction Works of 3rd Academic and Central Laboratory Building (10 Storied Building with 10 Storied Foundation) and Other Buildings at Noakhali Science and Technology University" Project
  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Consultant : The Tenderer must have:1) Up-to-date and valid Trade License.2) Up-to-date Income Tax Certificate.3) VAT Registration Document4) Tax Clearance Certificate (or Acknowledgment Slip issued by the competent Authority as a proof of submission of income tax return for the Assessment Year 2024-25).5) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in contracting industries in the public sector as Prime Service Provider shall be 05 (five) years.6) The minimum specific experience as a Service Provider (Prime or Sub Contractor) in providing physical service of at least ONE contract of similar nature and complexity completed over a period of 05 (five) years with a value of at least BDT 45,00,000 (Forty Five Lakh Taka Only) shall be required.7) The required average annual turnover of the Tenderer shall be at least the amount of BDT 11,00,000 (Eleven Lakh Taka Only) over the last three financial years.8) The minimum amount of financial resources, as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be BDT 4,50,000 (Four Lakh Fifty Thousand Taka Only).
