Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Consultant : Updated and valid trade license. VAT registration certificate. Updated Income tax certificate. Joint Stock company updated certified copy (if any); In case of limited company, certificate of incorporation. Experience Certificate along with completion certificate. Audit report (Last 3 Years);The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in contracting industries in public sector shall be Five (5) years.The minimum specific experience as Service Provider in providing service personnel in public sector of at least ONE contract (to comply with this requirement service contracts cited should be at least 70 percent complete) of similar nature and complexity completed over a period of five (05) years with a value of at least of Tk One Crore (100,00,000.00) shall be required.The required average annual turnover of the Tenderer shall be at least of the amount of Tk Twenty Lakh (20,00,000.00) over the last three financial years.The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk Fifteen Lakh (15,00,000.00).License from Department of Inspection for Factories and Establishments (DIFE).
