Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Consultant : 1. The minimum years of general experience of the Tenderer as Service Provider shall be 10 (ten) years to Govt./ Semi-govt./ Autonomous bodies.2. The minimum specific experience in supply of outsourcing manpower of at least 01 (one) contract(s) of minimum 25 persons successfully completed within the last 03 (three) years with a value of at least Tk. 80.0 lakh to Govt./ Semi-govt./ Autonomous bodies. 3. The required average annual turnover of the Tenderer shall be at least of the amount of tk.8000000.00 (Eighty Lac)over the best Two (02) years of the last Three (03) years.4. Tenderer having any debarment history in last years shall be considered as non-responsive5. The 15 persons of the outsourcing manpower in the last previous contract will remain in this contract. Additionally 6 new personnel will be supplied by the Contractor/ Outsourcing Farm. Total 21 (previous 15 and new 6) outsourcing manpower will be supplied by the Contractor/ Outsourcing Farm.6. The Bio-data/CV of the the last previous personnel worked at AIS by the last outsourcing contract is not mandatory to submit.7. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. credit line (s) of the Tenderer shall be tk. 8000000.00 (Eighty Lac) Supporting necessary documents required are as follows:8. Tenderer should have the Financial Audit report for Last 4 (Four) Years.
