- Assignment: Hiring a National Consultant for Development of Competency Based Learning Materials (CBLMs) for the Tourism and Hospitality Sector.Contract type: External Collaboration contractLocation: Home-basedDuration of Ex-Col contract: 60 working days over the period of 4 months (tentatively the assignment will be started in mid-July 2025. The date will be finalized after completion of the recruitment process).Qualifications and Experience of the consultantAcademic QualificationThe consultant(s) must have the following minimum qualifications and experience for the submission of proposal:Master's degree in education or TVET in the relevant trade along with Certificate/Diploma in Training and Assessment with specific focus on development of Instructional Materials.ExperienceAt least 5 years of relevant professional experience in TVET, skills development and training as well as specialist in competency-based training (CBT) and assessment at practice level.At least 3 years' proven experience in developing Competency-Based Learning Materials for the relevant occupations.Consultant may submit the proposal for either all 3 occupations or for any individual occupation (s).Application RequirementsInterested individuals must submit the following documents/information:Personal CV, indicating all past experiences from similar assignments, as well as the contact details (email and telephone number) of the candidate and at least three (3) professional references.Financial proposal,...
