Dear Sir/Madam,The International Labour Office (hereinafter the "ILO") is pleased to invite your company to submit a Proposal for review and update Qualification Packages following national and international context and as further described in Annex III.To enable you to prepare and submit a Proposal, please find enclosed the Tender Document with Terms of Reference and other instructions.Your Proposal must be received by the ILO no later than 16.30 hours, Dhaka Time (GMT+6), on 21 December 2025.
