Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The minimum number of years of general experience of providing similar services (Internet/Data Connectivity) works as Prime Contractor shall be 5 years. All necessary papers about all Work shall be submitted along with the tender.2. The minimum specific experience as Supplier of providing similar (Internet/Data Connectivity/WAN) at least [1] contract(s) successfully completed within the last [5] years, each with a value of at least Tk. [27,07,200.00] in any govt./semi. govt./Autonomous body.3. The minimum amount of credit facilities/liquid Asset of the tenderer shall be Tk- 1,88,000.00 BDT4. Bidder must have Up-to-date Nationwide ISP license from BTRC.5. Bidder must ensure 24x7x365 remote support service and physical support when required.6. Bidder must have NOC (Network Operation Center) and maintain 24/7 call center service.7. Bidder Must submit Certificate of Incorporation.8. Bidder must have valid contracts with at least three NTTN operators, including the government NTTN BTCL.9. Bidder Must have 02 International Internet Gateway (IIG) Upstream provider.10. Bidder must have BTRC approved DC & DR.11. Mandatory Certification and membership: ISO 9001:2015, ISO/IEC 27001:2022, ISPAB, APNIC, BASIS, ISPAB-NIX, BDIX.12.
