Established Experienced First Class Contractor/ construction firm of Bangladesh Power Development Board/ Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous bodies.2. The intending Tenderer Must have upto date valid Trade License, VAT & Income Tax Clearance certificate, Bank Solvency Certificate.3. Minimum average annual turnover should be greater than Tk.k 11.0 ( Eleven Point Zero) lac over the last 03 (Three) years .4.The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 13.0 ( Theirteen Point Zero) lac.5.
