Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Tenderer shall have up-to-date trade license, TIN certificate, up-to-date Income Tax Certificate, VAT Registration certificate, Bank solvency certificate, Certificate of Incorporation from the Registrar of the Joint Stock Companies and Firms (if it is a limited company) and other documents as per Tender Document.2. Tenderer shall have a minimum of 05 (Five) years of General experience.3. (a) Tenderer shall have a minimum of 05 (Five) years of General experience in the supply of Goods and related services in Govt. Organization/State Owned scheduled Banks/Specialized Bank/Financial Institutions.(b) The Satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods(Desktop and/or laptop and/or Network equipment) Services of minimum BDT 4,00,00,000.00 (Four Crore) under maximum 01 (One) contract in last 05 (Five) years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.(c) The minimum supply and/or production capacity of Goods is/ are: - At least 200 desktops and/or laptops in last 3(three) years. - At least 50 Network Devices(Routers and Switches) in last 3(three) years .4. Minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk. 6,00,00,000.00 (Six Crore) only.5. Tendered shall have experienced personnel to provide maintenance service after installation of the product as per requirement6. Bidder should have other qualifications as stated in the tender Document.
