Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Tenderer shall have up-to-date trade license, TIN certificate, up-to-date Income Tax Certificate, VAT Registration certificate, Bank solvency certificate, Certificate of Incorporation from the Registrar of the Joint Stock Companies and Firms (if it is a limited company) and other documents as per Tender Document.2. Tenderer shall have a minimum of 05 (Five) years of General experience.3. (a) Tenderer shall have a minimum of 05 (Five) years of General experience in the supply of Goods and related services in Govt. Organization/Scheduled Banks/Specialized Bank/Financial Institutions.(b) The Satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods(Desktop and/or laptop) Services of minimum BDT 27,00,000.00 (Twenty Seven Lac) under maximum 01 (One) contract in last 03 (three) years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.4. Minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk. 35,00,000.00 (Thirty Five Lac) only.5. Tendered shall have experienced personnel to provide maintenance service after installation of the product as per requirement6. Bidder should have other qualifications as stated in the tender Document.
