Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : (i) The Tenderer shall be the developer/manufacturer/authorized dealer/distributor having minimum 7 (Seven) years of overall experience in the related field.(ii) The Tenderer must have minimum 02 (two) successful work completion experience of similar products (offered hardware and software) and services in bank/NBFI/any govt. organization in the last five (05) years.(iii) The Tenderer shall have the legal capacity to enter into the contract and have not been declared ineligible by any competent authority.(iv) The Tenderer should have at least 02 (two) technical personnel in each category of hardware, software, database and network, having certification/training from offered hardware and software's principal vendor for installation, commissioning and implementation of offered hardware and software, database and network equipment.(v) The Tenderer must have strong capability to support within 02 hours after reporting of the problem. Interim remedy solution should be provided while fixing the problem with well-equipped service manned by adequately qualified technical personnel for maintenance and support for the proposed goods and services.(vi) The Tenderer shall have Service Operating Centres where after sales services to be provided.(vii) The Tenderer shall have adequate support personnel for satisfactory after sales- services.(Detail eligibility criteria mentioned in TDS)
