Eligibility of Tenderer : a. All the tenderer must follow the PPR-2008 rules & regulation;b. Following documents are to be submitted/uploaded;(I) Last 03 (three) years general experience of supply of similar Goods and related services;(II) The specific experience as supplier in supply of similar nature goods of Tk.21.00 lakh under one (1) contracts successfully completed within the last 3 years.(III) Certificate of bank solvency with minimum amount of liquid assets or credit facilities of Tk. 24.00 lakh (ITT Clause-9; From PG2-5);(IV) Up-to-date Valid Trade License;(V) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate;(VI) e-BIN (13 digits) registration certificate;(VII) Manufacturer Authorization Letter or Contract deed with the Importers/Manufacturer (if bidder is a supplier); (VIII) Certificate of incorporation (in case of limited company); (IX) Sample of 03 pair Gum Boot must be submitted to the Prisons Directorate as per technical specification on or before tender opening date and time.
