Payment will be made upon availability of fund and after Pre & Post work Measurement by BWDBs office & monitoring team .For this no claim will entertain.05. Quoted amount of tender beyond 10% above/less than official estimated cost will be non-responsive.06. After completion the tender opening process. If disable to download the important documents of the tender. Which consider to tender evaluation. In order to the tender may be treated as non-responsive.07. The Tenderers will visit and examine the site with his own responsibility & expenses and obtain all information that may be necessary for preparing the Tender and entering into a Contract for performance of the works.08.
