Description:
Project Name : Establishment of River Port with allied facilities at Nagarbari.
Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 (Five) years.b) The minimum specific experience as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 01 (one) contract of similar nature (Gardening & Beautification including others construction Works), complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 05 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 14.00 lakh. (c) The minimum construction turnover in the last 05 (five) years is not less than Tk. 240.00 Lakh. (Note: Bidders are requested to prepare and submit year wise summery in connection with the turnover).(d) The minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the tenderer shall be not less than Tk. 20.00 Lakh. g) Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10(ten) percent above or below of the official cost estimate, the tender shall be rejected.h) Tender shall be evaluated as per PPR-2008 amendment act, September 2018.i) Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tender are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS). If any submitted document found inappropriate bidder will be disqualified during post qualification.
