Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : According to TDS1. Trade License (2025-26)2. BIN/VAT3. Income Tax Certificate (2025-26)4. Update Bank Solvency (After the IFT publication on e-GP Website).5. Tender Security shall be TK. 11/- (Taka eleven ) (Per Set) in favor of Deputy Director, RPATC, Chattogram. Otherwise, the bidder would be Non-Responsive.6. The minimum amount of Liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities or Letter of Commitment of the Tenderer shall be Tk 465/- (Taka four hundred sixty five) (Per Set) in favor of Deputy Director, RPATC, Chattogram. Otherwise, the bidder would be Non-Responsive..7. This will be a Framework Agreement and the Supplier will be bound to provide the similar items at the same price for the next three (03) years.8. The minimum numbers of years of general experience of the Tenderer in laundrying of linen items as Prime laundier shall be 5 years.9. The minimum specific experience as a Prime laundier in laundrying goods under public sector of at least 1(One) contract of Minimum 150000/- i.e. contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/supply successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years.10. Last 05 years will be counted backward from [ FY: 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 ]
