  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Consultant : 2. The Tenderer has an agreement with Flight Inspection Unit (FIU) covering full contract period who have the following specific experience: (a) The flight inspection unit (FIU) shall have proven experience of at least 3(Three) times of successful flight Inspection/commissioning for the last 07(Seven) years (ILS, VOR, RNAV/GNSS as a minimum). In connection to this, original/ true copy of the flight calibration completion certificate i.e end user certificate shall be submitted.(b) The calibration/inspection company shall be the owner of the Main aircraft and be the owner/ lease/valid agreement of partnership for the Backup Aircraft.( Proof of ownership/other documents of the aircrafts shall be submitted with the bid. If the FIU is a subsidiary/sister/daughter company and 100% ownership belongs to parent company and the main aircraft-s ownership with the parent company is allowed. But valid documents and justification should be provided).(c) The flight inspection unit shall consist of crew and Navigational calibration Engineers with minimum 3(three) years- experience in flight calibration.(d) Calibration aircraft fully equipped and instrumented as per specification section-7.The required average annual turnover of the tenderer shall be at least Tk 8 (Eight) Crore over the last 3(Three) years.
