Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : (a) General experience: -The minimum number of years of general experience in the construction works shall be 10(Ten) years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.(b) Specific experience: Having experience as a prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in successful completion of at least 01(one) number of 03(Three) storied of RCC building Construction works with a single basement in a single contract of amount 2400.00(Twenty-four hundred) Lac during last 05 (Five) years in any Government / Semi Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh. (c) Minimum average annual construction turn over: The tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover of Tk. 3500.00 (Three thousand five hundred) Lac during last 05(five) years. Payment certificate for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.(d) Tender capacity: The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk. 2700.00 (Twenty-seven hundred) Lac.(e) Liquid asset requirement: -The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk. 600.00 (Six hundred) Lac. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Letter of Commitment for Bank-s Undertaking for Line of Credit as per form PW3-7 of Tender and Contract forms section must be submitted for this purpose.(f) Up-to dated Trade License, Income Tax Clearance and VAT Registration Certificate.(g) Up-to dated ABC License & Supervisory License issued from Electrical licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.(h) All other qualification criteria will be as per TDS, PCC and ITT included in this tender.
