Tenders are invited for Final Evaluation of Phase 1 of the Piped Water Project in Bangladesh As part of the implementation of its activity, the project "Access to running water at home in the slums of Chattogram", financed by the AFD and implemented by the NGO Eau et Vie (better with water), calls on a team of service providers to carry out the final evaluation of phase 1. The aim of the study is to establish an overall assessment of the project evaluated and to formulate recommendations for the next phase, according to the criteria recommended by the OECD and according to cross-cutting criteria (refer to the attached ToR).
