Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : a) The minimum number of years of General Experience of the tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years.b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor of at least 1 (one) number of similar nature works completed within last 5 (Five) years with a value of at least Tk 97,00,000/- (Ninety Seven Lakh Only) under single Contract in Govt/Semi-Govt/Autonomous organization.c) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (five) financial years of Tk 3.50 (Three point five zero) crore in Govt/Semi- Govt/Autonomous/Private organization. Tenderers shall submit payment certificates during last 5 years with a year-wise list.d) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities shall be Tk 1.00 (One point Zero) crores and to be submitted from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh in PW3-7 form. Liquid certificate other than in PW3-7 shall not be accepted.e) The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk 2.40 (Two point four zero) crore. In case of JV, tender capacity requirement for leading partner shall be minimum 40% and for other partners shall be minimum 25%.In order to calculate minimum tender capacity, the tenderer must submit list of contract agreement,up to date payment certificate for on-going and completed contract under public sector.f) The Tenderer must possess and submit Up to date Valid Trade License, Up to date Income Tax Clearance & VAT Registration Certificate, Energy and Mineral Resources Division approval for LP Gas Operator & Bangladesh Energy Regulatory Commission License, Explosive Department Approval,Audit Report of the Firm, Work Programme in Bar Chart, etc.The full eligibility and qualification criteria available in details in the TDS.
