Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : This invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below:1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years.2. Specific Experience in successfully completion of at least 1(one) similar nature construction works worth not less than Tk. 170 (One Hundred Seventy) Lakh (in which minimum value for Electrical & Civil works should be at least Tk. 50 (Fifty) lakh each) in a single work order/tender in Government/ Semi Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5(five) years in standard work completion format attached in STD.3. Tenderer should have experience of installing of at least 150 KVA Sub-Station & 30 KVA Generator.4. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than 290 Lakh over the last 5 (Five) years. Payment certificate for contracts (only Government/Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization) in progress or completed must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.5. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 130 Lakh (must be in the form of PW2a-3 in original form).6. The minimum tender capacity shall be: 185 Lakh.7. The intending tenderers must enclose up-to-date Trade License, TIN certificate, BIN certificate, ABC and Electrical Supervisory License from Office of the Chief Electric Inspector. All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.8. Manufacturers Authorization letter for proposed Generator and Sub-Station to be supplied by Tenderer must be submitted along with the Tender in form of e-PG3-5.
