Eligibility of Tenderer : Tenderer should have registered in e-GP Portal System.All tenderer of Bangladesh who fulfill the qualification criteria as stated in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) are eligible to participate in the tender.Special Instruction:-- The work may be totally dropped, decreased or increased. No claim or extra rate will be entertained for cancellation of the tender or issuance of work order with decreased quantity of work.-- The Tenderers with own responsibility and expense will visit and examine the Site and obtain all information that may be necessary for preparing the Tender and entering into a Contract for performance of the works.--According to PPA 2006 Act 7(3) (Amendment) The Tenders having quoted the offer in percentage is more than 10%(ten percent) above or less than 10%(ten percent) less of the official estimated cost will be rejected.--For line of Credit from any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh all the bidders must submit an unconditional assurance certificate following the standard format (Form PW2a-3) without alteration. Otherwise Tender will not be considered.--For free funds/liquid assets as Cash the tenderer should submit last six month bank statement and during whole period (last six month) there must have minimum balance amount as stated in TDS. Otherwise the submitted bank statement or other certificate will not be treated as liquid asset.--The Tenderers should have similar type of work experience.
