The required average annual construction Turnover greater than Tk.1,39,00000.00 (One Crore Thirty Nine Lac) over the best 03 (three) years in the last 05 (five) years or over the best 05 (five) years in the last 10 (ten) years.4. Liquid Assets not less than Tk.1200000 (Twelve Lac) issued by the bank not earlier than 28 days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of e-Tender.5.
