Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 05 years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works under public sector (like Power Grid/ DESCO/DPDC/BPDB or any other Government Electricity Company etc) of at least 01 contract(s) of erection 132kV tower and stringing of 132 kV or higher voltage overhed transmission line & OPGW/Earthwire successfully completed within the last 10 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 30 lakh. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. The above contract must include 132 kV tower erection and stringing of 132 kV or higher voltage overhead transmission line & OPGW/Earthwire having minimum 1km line length.Bidders or Tower manufacturers must have at least last 05 (Five) years- experience in manufacturing minimum 132kV Steel tower/Pole with the equipment in satisfactory service for a minimum of three (3) years as on the date of bid opening. For the last 05 years minimum average supply record of the proposed manufacturers shall be 1,000 metric tons including 132kV or above steel Pole/tower.
