  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : • To submit e-Tender who are registered in the National e-GP System portal (http//www.eprocure.gov.bd) will be eligible.• Up to date Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate and TIN Certificate and NID.• The work of the package may be totally dropped, decrease or increase as per field condition/design/budget allocation for which no claim shall be made.• Payment shall be made subject to availability of fund. No Claim in this regard will be entertained.• The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Tenders/Proposals.A satisfactory completion of similar work (Eviction of illegal infrastructure) of at least Tk 25 Lac under single contract over a period of 5 years shall be required.The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 10 Lac over the last 3 years.The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 10 lac.The minimum capacity shall be 30 Lac TkTenderer must submit previous Two(02) years Audit report in case of showing working capital as liquid asset. otherwise will be treated as nos-responsive.
