Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : A) Reputed contractor-s/Construction firms who have minimum 05 (Five) years of general experience in Similar nature of work.B) Having experience in successful completion of at least 01 (One) number of similar nature of Work in a single work order not less than Tk. 170.0 lakh including Construction of Bridge/Culvert work of minimum value Tk. 30.00 Lakh in single tender in Bangladesh of Govt./Semi govt./Autonomous bodies/Organization during last 5(five) years.C) The Tenderer must have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 05(five) years amounting of Tk. 200 lakh. Payment Certificate for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.D) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk. 250 lakhs. Adequacy of minimum liquid assets or credit line(s) substantiated by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh only in the format as specified by CPTU (Form PW2a-3), without alteration, issued not earlier than twenty-Eight (28) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tenders for this contract. Minimum Tender Capacity must be Tk. 285 Lakh.E) Scanned copy of original Up-to date Trade License, BIN, Income Tax Clearance and VAT Registration Certificate, ABC/BC category contractor & Supervisory License issued from Electrical Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.F) Tenderers must submit all requisite documents (including detail breakdown) mentioned in tender data sheet. Failing to comply with the requirements, the tender will be rejected.
