Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The minimum specific experience as a contractor in construction works of atleast one (1) number of similar contracts completed during last 5 (five) years:Similar nature of work means completion of 1 Nos. Building Construction/repairworks valued Tk. 6.00 Lac. in a single Contract under Public fund. Thisis to be supported by work order/NOA and completion certificate.2. The required average annual Construction Turnover shall be greater thanTk. 16.00 lac for over the last 05 (Five) years i,e years countingbackward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP website/newspaper.Average annual Construction Turnover i,e total certified payments received forcontracts in progress or completed under public sector i,e Government, Semi-Government and Autonomous bodies shall only be considered. Private worksshall not be taken into account.3. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit facilitiesof the Tenderer shall be Tk. 6.00 Lac. The liquid assetcertificate issued before IFT will not be considered for evaluation. Liquid assetcertificate will be checked by the Procuring Entity.4. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be: Tk.6.00 Lac.5. Tenderer having any delayed/incomplete works without valid reason under this Division will be considered as non-responsive.
