• Project Name : Construction/Extension of Academic Buildings to Selected Govt. & Non Govt. Educational Institutions.
  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be (05) Five years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT.(work order must be submitted)b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in Construction works of at Least (1) One contract(s) of similar nature of minimum One Storied Building Construction Works / Pile Construction with Building Construction Works from Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh successfully completed within the last (05) Five years in a single work order of minimum value at least Tk. 125.00 lakh.(work order & completion certificate must be submitted)c) The required average annual construction turnover must be Tk. 120.00 Lakh (120.00x5= 600.00 lac) or more during the last (05) Five years (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT) ( Goods Payment will not be count of turnover.)d) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be BDT. 100.00 Lakh only.
