Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : This invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below:a) The intending tenderers must enclose attested copy of 1. VAT Registration certificate, 2. Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate, and 3. Up-to-date Trade License.b) Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 30.00 Lakh under 1 (one) number of contract(s) over a period of last 5 (five) years shall be required.c) The minimum amount of liquid asset or works capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be of Tk 37.00 Lakh. Tenderers must be declared a statement over through bank for the execution of that particular work as per standard tender document (PW2a-3). Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender (Original Copy) to be submitted along with the tender.d) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 50.00 lakh over the last 5 (five) years.e) The minimum tender capacity shall be: Tk 37.00 lakh.f) 1. The Tenderer Shall have (a) ABC Contractor and (b) ABC Supervisory License. 2. (a) Manufacturer authorization letter mentioning model no. of proposed Submersible Pump-Motor Sets. (b) Confirmation certificate of 1 Year warranty Period issued by the manufacturer of proposed Brand of the pumps. (c) Minimum 3-Years of Spare parts Supplying assurance certificate issued by the manufacture for pump motor sets (Mentioning the year from the date of commissioning).Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tender are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of the tender document.
