Project Name : Digital Entrepreneurship and Innovation Eco-System Development Project
Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : General Experience: The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 (five) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.Specific Experience: The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in Building Works/Interior decoration works/interior works/repair and renovation of buildings works of at least two (2) contract(s) of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last five (5) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 1.20 crore (One Crore Twenty lac) .Average Annual Construction Turnover: The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 4.0 Crore (Four Crore) over the best three (3) years in the last 5 (five) years.Financial Criteria: Financial The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 1.20 crore (One Crore Twenty lac).The Key Personnel required: At least 1 (One) Graduate Engineer of 3 years- experience or 1 (one) Diploma Engineer of 5 years- experience.
