Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : General Experience: The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the Interior construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 (five) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.Specific Experience: The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in Interior decoration works/interior works/repair and renovation of buildings/construction works of at least two (2) contract(s) of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last five (5) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 60.00 (Sixty) lac.Average Construction Turnover: The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 60.00(sixty) lac over the last three (3) years.Financial Criteria: Financial The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 60.00 (sixty) lac.The Key Personnel required: At least 1 (One) Graduate Engineer of 3 years- experience or one Diploma Engineerof 5 years- experience.
