Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor orSubcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 (five) years.2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction of a office building with Interior Design & Decoration works of at least 1 (one) contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed withinthe last 5 (five) years with a value of at least Tk. 120 (one hundred Twenty) Lac in Government./Semi-government/Autonomous/Bank/Financial Institution or any reputed Commercial Building.3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 600 (Six Hundred) Lac over the last 3 (three) yearsor best 3 (three) years over the last 5 (five) years4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk.100 (One hundred) Lac.5. The minimum capacity shall be: Tk.150 (one hundred fifty) Lac.6. Supporting B. Sc. Engineer (Civil), B. Sc. Engineer (Electrical), Architect (B. Arch)-10 years total works experience withminimum 5 years in similar works experience and AutoCAD Operator (Diploma in Civil/Arch.)- 5 years total works experience withminimum 3 years in similar works experience in the tenderer permanent pay role and others as per tender.
