Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : 1.Tenderer must be competent in terms of legal, financial and technical qualifications as mentioned details in the TDS.2.The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 yrs.3.The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Sub Contractor or Management Contractorin successful completion of at least 1(one) number of similar work of Tk 0.28 (Zero point Two Eight)Crore in a single contract in Government /Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladeshduring last 5 (Five) years.4.The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (five) financialyears of Tk. 1.50 ( One point Five zero) Crore.5.The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall beTk 0.38 ( Zero point Thiree Eight ) Crore.6. The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 0.38 ( Zero point Thiree Eight ) Crore.7.The tender must possess:(i) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate. (ii) Valid VAT registration certificate. (iii) Up-to-date trade license (iv) Up-to-date Electrical Supervisory License & ABC License (v) Attested copies of documents mentioned in Sl. No. (i), (ii), (iii),(iv) are to be submitted. vi) Documents must be subemitted mentioned in section-7.
