  Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. This invitation for tender is restricted to eligible tenderer(s) who has/have satisfactorily completed at least three Greenhouse establishment work within last 05 (five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 5 crore.. The work experience should have only be in Govt./Semi govt./Autonomous organizations.2. The required Average Annual Construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 12.00 (Taka Twelve) Crore only over the last five years.3. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit line facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk.4.32 (Taka four point three two) Crore only from any Scheduled Bank.Special Instructions:1. Valid trade license with up-to-date renewal (2024-25)2. Tenderer Audit report must be submitted for last 3(three) years .3. Up to date IRC certificate4. Valid TIN Certificate withUpdated Income Tax Assessment Certificate/Acknowledgement (2023-24)5. VAT (BIN) Registration Certificate .6. Must be submitted up dated ABC Licenses with supervisor certificate.7. Must submit Bidder Quality Management System Certificate for supplying Greenhouse Machineries
