  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : This Invitation for Tender (IFT) is open to all eligible tenderers registered in e- GP system meeting the following criteria:1.The minimum number of years of general experience of the tenderer in construction works shall be 5 (Five) years 2.The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor of satisfactory completion of 01 (one) number of RCC framed structure building construction works including internal electrical & CNC works in a single contract with a minimum value of Tk. 10.00 (Ten) Lac in any government/ semi government/ autonomous organization within last 5 (Five) years. 3. The Required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 25.00 (Twenty Five) Lac in the last 5 years. Payment certificates for contract in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with the tender in support of average annual construction turnover.4. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) (in e- PW2A-8 form without any alteration) shall be Tk. 11.50 (Eleven Lac and Fifty Thousand) Lac. 5. The minimum Tender Capacity of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 11.50 (Eleven Lac and Fifty Thousand) Lac.6.
