Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : The invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below.1. Reputed Contractors/Construction Firms who have minimum 10 (Ten) years of general experience in Similar Nature of Works.2. Minimum Specific Experience as a Contractor shall be Successful Completion of at least 1 (one) number of 5 (Five) Storied RCC Building with a Single Basement (B1+5) that covers Civil, Sanitary and Electrification Works of value Tk 140.00 (One Hundred and Forty) Crore.3. Tenderer must have a Minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover of Tk. 300.00 (Three Hundred) Crore (best 3 of the last 5 years will be calculated) in any Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during the Last 5 (Five) Financial Years-counting backward from the date of publication of the IFT.4. Tenderer must have a Minimum Liquid Assets/Credit facilities/Credit Line amounting to Tk. 70.00 (Seventy) Crore. Certificate of unconditional Liquid Asset must be submitted in prescribed form i.e. the PW3-8 Form published by BPPA, otherwise the tender will be summarily rejected.5. Minimum Tender Capacity must be Tk. 200.00 (Two Hundred) Crore.6.
