- Project Name : Establishment of 100 bed Cancer unit at Divisional level Medical College Hospitals.
Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in Electromechanical work as Prime Contractor or Sub-Contractor or Management Contractor shall be 10(Ten) years.2. A satisfactory completion of Supply, Installation and commissioning of Medical Waste Management system under a single contract as a Prime Contractor or Sub- Contractor or Management Contractor worth not less than TK. 450.00 (Four Hundred and Fifty) Lac within last 05 (Five) years under any Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous Bodies/Private Organizations. In case of other than PWD experience, the bidder must submit the vetted certificate by the concerned local PWD Executive Engineer whose jurisdiction covers the area of work.3. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 500.00 (Five Hundred) Lac must be in the form of PG3-8 (original copy) without any alteration.4. The tender must possess:(i) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate.(ii) Valid VAT registration certificate.(iii) Manufacturer's Authorization letter (e-PG3-5) from medical wastetreatment system manufacturer shall be submitted.(iv) Up-to-date trade license.(v) Up-to-date ABC category contractor and supervisory license from Electricity Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.(vi) Updated IRC certificate(vii) Sole agent/Distributorship certificate from medical waste treatment system manufacturer shall be submitted.(viii) Catalogue & Technical specification must be submitted.5. Other required eligibility and conditions of the tenderer/bidder are shown in the tender data sheet (TDS) of tender documents.6. Special Terms & Conditions for this project must be followed by the tenderer/bidder as described in the respective section of the Tenderdocuments.
