Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The Tenderers must have minimum 10 (Ten) years of general experience in Medical Gas system works.2. The minimum specific experience as a prime contractor in successful completion of a similar work that is Medical Gas system with a value not less than Tk. 4.50 (Four point five) Crore in the last 10 (ten) years in a single contract under Government/ Semi Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.(Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.)3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 5.80 (Five point eight) crore in the last 5 (Five) years. Payment certificates for contract in progress or completed under public sector during last 5 (five) years must be submitted along with the tender in support of average annual construction turnover.4. The Tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets/ working capital/credit facilities (in the PW3-7 form without any alteration) Tk. 6.0 (Six) Crore.5. The Tender Capacity is Tk. 6.00 (Six) Crore. Supporting documentary evidence must be submitted.6. Manufacturer's authorization letter must be submitted (Form-G-5). (Enclosed in Section-7)7. The tenderer shall be local agent/distributor of the proposed brand equipment.8. The tenderer shall have to submit guarantee certificate regarding supply of spare parts at least for next 10 years by the manufacturer.9. The intending tenderer's must enclose VAT Registration certificate, Up to date Income Tax clearance certificate(FY 2024-25), Up-to-date Trade License (FY 2024-25), Up-to date ABC category Contractor and Supervisory License from Electric Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.10.
