Project Name : Establishment of 100 bed Cancer unit at Divisional level Medical College Hospitals.
Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : a) Experience of minimum 05 (Five) years (*) in the electromechanical works.b) Satisfactory completion of supply, installation, and commissioning of Escalator under single contracts of total Tk. 3,75,00,000.00 (Three Crore Seventy Five Lac) completed within the last 5 years under any Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous Bodies/Private organizations.c) The minimum liquid asset, working capital, or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be a minimum ofTk. 3,75,00,000.00 (Three Crore Seventy Five Lac). The letter of commitment for the Bank-s Undertaking for line of credit should be in the format specified in the tender form. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued between the publication date and the submission date of the tender.d) Up-to-date valid Trade license.e) Up-to-date ABC/BC category Contractor & Electrical Supervisory license from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board.f) An up-to-date income tax clearance certificate from NBR with TIN is required.g) Up-to-date VAT Registration certificate from NBR.h) Authorization letter from lift manufacturer.i) Sole Agent/Distributorship certificate from lift manufacturer.j) Catalogue & Technical specifications of proposed lift.k) Other qualifications stated in TDS & PCC.l) PPA 2006 and PPR 2008 (with all Amendments) shall be followed.
