Description:
Project Name : Establishment of complete cancer, kidney and heart medical center in 8 divisional cities
Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : (a) The Tenderers must have minimum 5(Five) years of general experience of construction works.(b) The minimum specific experience as a Contractor in construction work of at least 1(one) RCC framed structured building including civil and electrification works successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years with a value of at least Tk. 12.00 (Twelve) Crore in a single contract under Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.(c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 22.00 (Twenty Two) Crore in the last 5 (Five) years. Payment certificates for contract in progress or completed under public sector during last 5 (five) years must be submitted along with the tender in support of average annual construction turnover.(d) The tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital/Credit line (s) (must be in the form of PW3-7 in original form) of Tk. 10.00 Crore. Other formats/documents are not acceptable.(e) The Tender Capacity is Tk. 13.0 (Thirteen) Crore. Supporting documentary evidence must be submitted.(f) The Tenderer must enclose VAT registration certificate, up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate, up-to-date Trade license and up-to-date ABC Contractor and Supervisory License.(g) In case of JV, The lead partner shall have the maximum portion of business share.All other conditions as mentioned in TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
