Project Name : Establishment of complete cancer, kidney and heart medical center in 8 divisional cities
Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : a. The minimum number of years of general experience of the tenderer in the construction work as Contractor shall be 5 (Five) years.b. (i) Reputed Contractors /Construction firms who have specific experience of work in successfully completion of at least 01 (one) number of Sewerage Treatment Plant (STP) completed within the last 5(five) years in Government/Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh, with a value of at least Tk. 3.50 Crore in a single contract.(ii) The work certificate for successful completion of Sewerage Treatment Plant (STP) work shall have to be issued by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer of concerned Department/Organization.c. The tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital/Credit line (s) (must be in the form of PW3-7 in original form) of Tk. 3.00 Crore. Other formats/documents are not acceptable.d. The tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (five) years of Tk. 9.00 Crore. Payment certificate for contracts (only Government/Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization) in progress or completed must be submitted along with tender in support of averageannual construction turnover.e. The Tender Capacity is Tk. 4.50 Crore Supporting documentary evidence must be submittedf. The Tenderer must enclose VAT registration certificate, up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate, upto-date Trade license and up-to-date ABC Contractor and Supervisory License.All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled
