Project Name : Establishment of complete cancer, kidney and heart medical center in 8 divisional cities
Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : All e-Gp registered potential tenderers are eligible to submit tender provided they have the following qualifications as wel as other qualifications mentioned in the Tender Data Sheet:1. The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 5 (five) years.2. The satisfactory completion of Supply & Installation of Similar nature of Microwave based Medical Waste Management System with a value of at least Tk. 4.20 crore (Four Crore Tweenty lac) in single contracts successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years in Govt./Semi Govt./ Autonomous body /Private Organization of Bangladesh.3. The Tenderer must have minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital/ Credit line (s) (must be in the form of e-PG3-8 in original form) of Tk. 5.40 Crore (Five Crore Fourty Lac). Other formats/documents are not acceptable. (e-PG3-8 form attached in section-6).4. The minimum supply or production capacity of Medical Waste Management Systems is 2-nos per year.5. Manufacturer's Authorization Letter in favour of tenderer (e-PG3-6) from manufacturer must be submitted. (e-PG3-6 form attached in section-6)6.
