Eligibility of Tenderer : Eligibility of Tenderer :a) Reputed Contractors/ Construction firms who have a minimum of five (5) years of general experience in construction works.b) The minimum specific experience as Construction of sewerage treatment plant at least 2 (two) contracts successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years with a value of at least BDT 200.00 (Two hundred) lakh each. In the case of private sector experience, the supplier must submit the vetted certificate by the concerned PWD Executive Engineer whose jurisdiction covers the area of work.c) The minimum running sewerage treatment plant is 01 (One) no. per year for the last 03 (Three) years; each capacity not less than 200m3/day.d) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during the last 5 (five) financial years of Tk.400.00 (Four Hundred) lakh.e) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the supplier shall be BDT 300.00 (Three hundred) lakh in the form e-PW 3-5 f) The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 300.00 (Three hundred) lakh.g) The tenderer must possess i) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate, ii) Valid VAT registration certificate, iii) Up-to-date trade license, iv) Up-to-date ABC ... - Documents:
