Project Name : Establishment of complete cancer, kidney and heart medical center in 8 divisional cities
Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : (a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in Construction Works shall be 5 years.(b) A satisfactory completion of similar works as a Prime Contractor of at least 1 (one) Construction of 4 (four) storied building under single contract within the last 5(Five) years of a value of at least Tk. 400.00 (Four hundred) Lac in any Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.(c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 550.00 (Five Hundred and fifty) Lac over the last 5(Five) years in any Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.(d) The minimum amount of free fund (liquid assets) i.e. credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 380.00 (Three hundred and eighty) Lac. Certificate of unconditional Liquid Asset must be submitted in prescribed form i.e. in PW2a-3 form published by CPTU, otherwise the tender will be summarily rejected.(e) The Tenderer must have up-to-date Trade License, Income Tax Clearance Certificate, ABC & Electrical Supervisory license, Valid VAT Registration Certificate.(f) Minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk. 440.00 (Four hundred and forty) Lac. The Tenderer must submit Tender Capacity Calculation sheet.*Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
