- Project Name : Establishment of 100 bed Cancer unit at Divisional level Medical College Hospitals.
Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : This Invitation for Tender (IFT) is open to all eligible tenderer registered in e-gp system meeting thefollowing criteria:1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in Electromechanical work asPrime Contractor or Sub-Contractor or Management Contractor shall be 10(Ten) years.2. A satisfactory completion of Supply, Installation and commissioning of Medical Waste Managementsystem under a single or in 2(two) contract as a Prime Contractor worth not less than TK. 450.00 (FourHundred Fifty ) Lac within last 07 (Seven) years(*) under any Govt./Semi Govt./AutonomousBodies/Private Organizations. In case of other than PWD experience, the bidder must submit the vettedcertificate by the concerned local PWD Executive Engineer whose jurisdiction covers the area of work.3. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk500.00 (Five Hundred) Lac.4. The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk 500.00 (Five Hundred) Lac.5. The tender must possess:(i) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate.(ii) Valid VAT registration certificate.(iii) Last 03 years Audit Report.(iv) Up-to-date trade license.(v) Up-to-date ABC category contractor and supervisory license from Electricity Licensing Board,Government of Bangladesh.(vi) Updated IRC certificate6. Other required eligibity and conditions of the tenderer/bidder are shown in the tender data sheet (TDS)of tender documents.7. Special Terms & Conditions for this project must be followed by the tenderer/bidder as described inthe respective section of the Tender documents
