Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : (a) General experience:-The minimum number of years of general experience in the construction works shall be 05(Five) years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.(b) Specific experience:-Having Experience in successful completion of at least 1 (one) number of Sinking & Installation of Deep tube well of Tk. 65.00 (Sixty Five) lac in a single contract in Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 05 (five) years.(c) Minimum average annual construction turn over :-The tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover of Tk 65.00 (Sixty Five) Lac during last 5 (five) years . Payment certificate for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.(d) Tender capacity: -The minimum capacity shall be: Tk 70.00 (Seventy) Lac.(e) Liquid asset requirement: -The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of of the tenderer shall be Tk 50.00 (Fifty) Lac. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Letter of Commitment for Bank-s Undertaking for Line of Credit as per form PW2a-3 of Tender and Contract forms section must be submitted for this purpose.(f) Up-to dated Trade License, Income Tax Clearance and VAT Registration Certificate.(g) Up-to dated ABC License & Supervisory License issued from Electrical licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.(h) All other qualification criteria will be as per TDS and ITT included in this tender
