- Project Name : Establishment of 100 bed Cancer unit at Divisional level Medical College Hospitals.
Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : The Tenderer have to have-(A) The minimum number of years of general experience in the construction works shall be 05(Five) years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.(B) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in similar nature works (RCC Framed Structure Building) of at least 1(one) contract successfully completed in Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh within the last 05(five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 900.00 Lac (Taka Nine Hundred Lac); years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.(C) The minimum average annual construction turnover of Tk. 2200.00 Lac (Taka Twenty Two Hundred Lac) in the last 5 (Five) years. Payment Certificates for Tenderer in Progress or Completed under Public Sector during last Five years must be submitted along with tender; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.(D) The minimum amount of Liquid assets in form of working capital or credit facilities of Tk. 750.00 Lac (Taka Seven Hundred and Fifty Lac). In case of Line of Credit, certificates must be unconditional and specified for this work only submitted in the prescribed Form of CPTU from any scheduled bank.(E) The minimum tender capacity shall be of Tk. 1100.00 Lac (Taka Eleven Hundred Lac).(F) Up-to dated Trade License, Income Tax Clearance and VAT Registration Certificate.(G) Up-to dated ABC License & Supervisory License issued from Electrical licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.(H) All Other Certificate as mentioned in TDS and PCC of Tender documents must be fulfilled.
