- Project Name : Establishment of 100 bed Cancer unit at Divisional level Medical College Hospitals.
Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 05 (five) years. 2. The minimum specific experience as a prime contractor in the construction of MVPS works, with single contract successfully completed within the last 5 years, having a value of at least BDT. 300.00 Lakh under any Government/semi-Government/Autonomous organization/Private bodies in Bangladesh. 3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 1800.00 lakh over the last 5 years. A summary sheet of last five years Turnover to be submitted with all supporting documents. For Turnover calculation, Financial Year wise payment Certificate from Concern PE is required.4. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be minimum BDT. 300 Lakh. Letter of commitment for Bank-s Undertaking for line of credit should be in the format as specified in the tender form. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. 5. Tender Capacity of Tk. 450.00 lakh. To calculate tender capacity, the tenderer must submit his/their ongoing work details i.e. contract amount, payment bill amount, remaining works amount and other required information. 6. The tenderer must possess a) Up to date valid Trade license) Up to date ABC/BC category Contractory & Electrical Supervisory license c) Up to date Income tax clearance certificate d) Up to date VAT Registration certificate. 7.
