Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : This invitation for Tender is open for all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below: (a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in Construction Works as Prime Contractor shall be 10 (Ten) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.(b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor of at least 1(One) contract of supply and installation of Fire Protection (hydrant) system and Detection system completed within the last 05(Five) years in Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh, with a value of at least Tk. 250.00 Lakh (Two crore and fifty lakh). Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.(c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 1200.00 Lakh (Tk.Twelve hundred Lakh) in the last 5(Five) years. Payment Certificates for Construction in Progress or Completed under Public Sector during last Five years must be submitted along with tender. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets in form of working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 300.00 Lakh (Tk. Three Hundred Lakh). Liquid asset or credit commitment must be unconditional and specified for this work and only submitted in the form of a letter of commitment from any scheduled bank undertaking for a line of credit in Prescribed Form of CPTU.(e) Tender Capacity of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 250.00 Lakh (Tk.
