Description:
Project Name : Establishment of 100 bed Cancer unit at Divisional level Medical College Hospitals.
Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1.Tenderer must be competent in terms of legal, financial and technical qualifications as mentioned details in the TDS.2.The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 years.3.The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor of at least One (01) contract of similar nature works successfully completed within the last 5 yrs, each with a value of at least BDT 60.00 Lacs in a single work order/tender in Government/ Semi Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.4.The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than BDT 100.00 Lacs in the last 5 years.5.The minimum amount of liquid assets shall be in the form of line of credit facilities as mentioned in ePW2(a)-3 of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 100.00 Lacs6. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk. 75.00 Lacs.7.The Tenderer must submit with Tender:(i) Valid Trade License(ii) Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate(iii) Valid VAT Registration Certificate(iv) Updated PWD license.(v) Only Payment Certificate will be considered for calculation of Avg Annual Construction Turnover.
