Project Name : Establishment of regional offices of BSTI in 10 districts
Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 years.The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least ONE contract of RCC Building Construction works (Civil + Sanitary + Internal Electrification) successfully completed within the last 05 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 11.00 crore in a single Tender during the last 5 years in the format as specified in PW3.The Tenderer shall have a minimum average construction turnover in the last 5 (five) years of Tk. 18.00 crore only under any Govt./Semi- govt./Autonomous bodies. Payment certificates for contracts in progress/completed under the public sector must be submitted along with tender supporting annual average construction turnover.The minimum amount of liquid assets next to other confidential commitments of the successful Tenderer shall be Tk. 04.00 crore. The letter of commitment for Bank-s Undertaking for line of credit is to be issued from the concerned Bank in between the publication date and the submission date of this tender in the format as specified (FormPW3-8).The minimum capacity shall be: Tk. 11.50 Crore only.All other additional eligibilty criteria has been mentioned in detai...
