- Project Name : Establishment of 6 centers of BITAC in Gopalganj, Sunamganj, Barisal, Rangpur, Jamalpur and Jessore districts.
Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : Tenderer shall have the following minimum level of supply experience to qualify for supplying the Goods and related services under the contract:(a) General Experience of minimum 5 (five) years in the electro-mechanical works and years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.(b) a) Minimum specific experience of at least 01 (One) contract of supply, Installations, Testing and Commissioning of lift successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years with a value of at least Tk. 311.00 Lakh (Three Hundred and eleven lakh) in a single contract in any Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous Bodies/private organization in Bangladesh. In case of the work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer.(c) The minimum amount of liquid assets or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 333.00 (Tk Three Hundred and Thirty three Lakh) .In case of Line of Credit, certificates must be unconditional and specified for this work only submitted in the prescribed Form of BPPA from any scheduled bank.(d) The minimum supply and/or production capacity of Goods is/ are: equal to the proposed supply requirement.The Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following additional documents:1) Up to date valid Trade license.2) Up to date ABC/BC category Contractory & Electrical Supervisory license from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board.3) Up to date Income tax clearance certificate from NBR with TIN.4) Up to date VAT Registration certificate from NBR5) Authorization letter from lift manufacturer.6) Sole Agent/Distributorship certificate from lift manufacturer.7) Catalogue & Technical specifications of proposed lift.9) Any other document as per special terms and conditions and as mentioned in IFT, TDS & PCC.
